It keeps on getting better! We've just announced that Lloyds TSB Autolease, who operate a rental fleet of over 350,000 vehicles are including the Service and Repair Code within their supplier agreements.This means the network of franchised and independent garages that they use UK wide to maintain their vehicles will be asked to commit to the Code and prove that they are committed to providing minimum standards of customer service - see the press release below.
