We've just released this 'commitment poster' to subscribers to the Service and Repair Code. During the first year in operation, the Code compliance process highlighted that not all garages had terms and conditions readily available for customers to easily read.We had to clear this poster with the Office of Fair Trading and as a generic industry wide commitment to the minimum expectation a customer at a subscribing garage can expect they agreed it would only benefit the business and their customers in understanding what is expected.
Available now for subscribing garages from the online Code Shop, or contact me direct if you want to make a bulk order for chain or network purposes. Some of the vehicle manufacturer and group operators have already taken the artwork to add a supporting comment to the poster - it all helps!
