November customer satisfaction 94%



Another excellent month sees customer returns increase by 36% against October 2010.

With the two key questions - overall satisfaction and would you recommend - returning a healthy 94% and 96% respectively, there is every reason to make sure your garage is a Motor Codes subscriber and allowing you to provide feedback on your experience.

As an industry benchmark there is no more direct scrutiny with returns feeding individual Garage Ratings within 5 minutes of their return.

Transparent business operations is the key to consumer confidence, question for garage owners is, why wouldn't you?
